Yuri Gagarin:The first Man To Go To Space

On the 12th of April 1961,
Aboard the spacecraft Vostok 1,
Soviet Cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin had become the first human being to travel into space.
He was also the first human being to complete an orbit around Earth,
Orbiting at a maximum altitude of 200 Miles (320 Km) and Lasting 108 Minutes in space.
Upon returning to Earth,
Gagarin was hailed as an international hero.
He traveled around the world to celebrate the historic achievement.
