Stapedotomy Ear Surgery to Treat Otosclerosis
Video demonstrating how hearing is restored in patients suffering from otosclerosis, a disease where the stapes middle ear bone fuses preventing sound transmission. With this procedure, the stapes is replaced with an implant reversing any hearing loss due to the boney fusion.
