DIY Watermelon Bath Bombs! Quick & Easy! Learn how to make these adorable bath bomb watermelon slices. Not only are these watermelon bombs adorable - they are super easy & quick!!! For those of you looking for a quick/easy bomb with satisfying results - this is for you!

RECIPE/DRY: 1 C baking soda, 1/2 C citric acid, 1/4 C corn starch. Make another batch & add 1 tbsp. sodium lauryl sulfoacetate; this will be the bottom (green) mix. Sieve dry ingredients together & add color to each. WET (for each): 1 tsp. fragrance oil, 1 tsp. polysorbate 80, 1½ tsp. surfactant (I used coco betaine). In a small cup, whisk wet ingredients together. Add wet to dry very slowly while whisking (the slower the better). Then rub mix between hands to ensure ingredients are thoroughly & evenly incorporated. TIP: *For more interest & variation, take a little mix out of each batch & intensify color. MOLDING: Fill mold, pack it, & place more loose mix on top. Repeat for other half. Smoosh 2 sides firmly together until both molds touch all the way around. Tap both sides with spoon to release bomb. Dry for 24 hours. PAINTING SEEDS: Add alcohol/mica to a small cup & swirl it around to mix. TIP: ***Always start with the ugliest bomb first! Don't start with pretty ones; you only get better as you practice! *Out of a dozen (12) bombs, I may have 3 bombs that I'm proud of. This is normal and its okay! *Keep it simple! *Smaller seeds, spaced out, look better. If painting big seeds, paint fewer & space them out more. *You can paint big black seeds, small brown seeds, tiny white seeds, etc. Just be creative & have fun with it!!! NOTE: *** If you mess up, you can fix it! Let it dry & wipe seeds off with [clean] towel. Happy watermelon bath bomb-making!
