CoC Nova has always been the one of the MOST popular build in POE, but sadly, when anyone mention CoC, most players will think it's expensive and doesnt dare to try building it.

So, we tried this 1ex version of CoC Nova and YES, it works very very well, and casuals will gonna love it.

【Why Occultist?】
* Elementalist / Assassin is good too, but based on our COC experience, occultist will be the strongest on end game.
* Free additional curse, Huge DPS and perma chill/freeze rotation
* AOE is easy to scale with Forbidden Power

【Important Points】
- Mana sustain is sufficient with this set up (Make sure u have a mana flask though)
- Low Life Petrified Blood + Vitality is actually pretty decent for low budget Def
- Low Life also gives u more damage with Pain Attunement
- This build reserves tons of Aura (Thanks to Prism Guardian for the life reservation)

*Summary : Make sure (based on ur pob) u have 100% Hit chance & Crit on ur cyclone, maintain 5.8-6.3APS (do not exceed, and do not go lower)

// Conclusion //
- Overall, this build is super fun to play and with 1ex budget, u can clear up to T16 or even higher with more upgrades
- Very satisfying clearspeed
- Decent bossing DPS, and very safe since you're freezing most of the stuffs
- The only downside is low MS (No tailwind, elusive boot) with 1ex
