Sign of the Cross
In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Adoration
We adore you, most holy Lord Jesus Christ, here & in all your Churches throughout the world, & we bless you, because by your Holy Cross, you have redeemed the world.
O God, you gave us in this wondrous Sacrament the memorial of your Passion. Help us so to venerate the sacred mysteries of your Body & Blood, that we may always experience within ourselves the benefits of your redemption, who live & reign forever. Amen
Lord’s Prayer
Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those that trespass against us and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Angel’s Salutation
Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women; and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen
Apostles’ Creed
I believe in God the Father almighty, Creator of heaven and earth. And in Jesus Christ his only Son our Lord who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried. He descended into hell, on the third day he rose again from the dead. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty; from there he will come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic Church, the communion of Saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body and life everlasting. Amen
Contrition
O my God, I am sorry and beg pardon for all my sins. I detest them above all things, because they deserve your dreadful punishment, because they have crucified my loving Saviour, Jesus Christ, but most of all because they offend your infinite goodness. And I firmly resolve by the help of your grace to avoid the occasions of sin.
Faith
My God, I believe in you and all your Church teaches, because you have said it, and your word is true.
Hope
My God, I hope in you for grace and glory, because of your promises, your mercy and your power.
Love
My God, because you are so good, I love you above all things and for your sake I love my neighbour as myself.

Morning Offering
O my God, I offer up to you all my thoughts, words, actions, joys and hopes, griefs and anxieties of this day. I ask you to grant me the grace to love and serve you and all those you send into my life today. Amen.
Prayer for Liberation from Covid-19
Gracious and merciful Father,
We give thanks anew for your providence and your presence among us. We prayerfully ask your grace in the face of the Covid-19 storm here and throughout the world. We pray for those in need of healing from fear of coronavirus.
We pray that your peace may be with those who are anxious or grieving.
We pray that you will continue to strengthen and sustain all those who are serving their brothers and sisters in response to the pandemic.
We pray that the discernment of the Holy Spirit may guide the leaders of our families, nations, communities and healthcare workers to make the right choices and decisions.
We pray that each of us may see quickly what more we can do to help the vulnerable, especially the sickly, the elderly, the poor and the marginalised.
This prayer for our nation and the family of nations, we gather now with all that is on our hearts, and offer to you, through Jesus Christ our Lord
Amen.
