Ford Transit Custom Van DIY Window Fitting

I've been putting this off for ages, but I could no longer use bad weather as an excuse to delay any longer. So.... here it is!

Actually, it was easier than I was expecting, apart from applying the bonding compound. I hate anything to do with "mastic guns" - whether it's applying silicone or window bonding adhesive via a stupid tube and nozzle. One day I'll invent some system that is a "fool proof" way of applying silicone, mastic, bonding compound, adhesive.... or anything else that is normally supplied in a tube. Anyway, it turned out ok in the end. I'm really happy with the finished job and saved £££s by doing it myself.
