King of Pizza! A Legendary North Philly establisment!

King of Pizza is a Legendary North Philly establishment that has been around for 50 years plus. Located a few stores down from Max's Cheesesteak this place serves just cheese pizza, beef sausage pizza and beef pepperoni. A No Frills type of pizza shop that prides themselves with making great pizza and dependability. If you ask anyone that grew up in the area they will tell you this is a pizza shop that they had as child and through out their lives. 15, 20, 35 and even 40 years of eating pizza and King of Pizza. This may not have the publicity as a Angelo's or a Taconelli's but to the people that has been raised on King of Pizza this is definitely their choice. Great place, great people and great history I definitely wanted to make this place known for the owners and the people.
