HVAC AC keeps freezing and the Condensor won't turn off

No AC Service Call #9 Welded Contacter: I arrived at a NO Air Conditioning Service call and customer informs me that the Outside unit/ Condensor stays on when he turns the thermostat off. He has to shut it off at the breaker. I tell him to turn it on So I can troubleshoot. I find the old contactor points welded together. I replace the stuck contactor
