We're kicking off the next push with a series of integration and platform upgrades:

Zapier 1.5 Update (immediate)
Adding multi-document support through the data merge — so multiple documents can flow through a single Zap in one pass, rather than needing a separate merge for each document. It's the kind of capability users don't realize they need until it's there.

Salesforce Integration
Joining the ISV program and building a Salesforce integration with multi-document support from the start. Following that, you're layering in Salesforce-native functionality — including the double curly bracket merge field syntax that works in Airtable, so the same pattern carries through Airtable → DocupletionForms and directly into the Salesforce app.

Marketing Trifecta
Zapier, Airtable, and Salesforce will be the three integrations driving go-to-market efforts.
On the roadmap (after the initial push)

MCP server for LLM-agnostic, AI-assisted workflow building (drag-and-drop stays the priority first)
Full Salesforce AppExchange listing — expected to be the real sales inflection point
Word doc and CSV output alongside PDFs, all through the same merge system, delivered via email through any Zapier-connected address

Security & Compliance Climb
SOC 2 Type I within 6–12 months, then HIPAA, then beginning the FedRAMP path (city → county → state → federal) to open up legal tech and government verticals.
