"B's FIRST BLACKFIN TUNA (Catch, Clean & NO Cook Sushi & Sashimi)
It's been the windiest winter on record in Florida. We had a day where the wind was next to nothing. So we took advantage and went 30 miles offshore and had fun catching a few small sharks and a huge Remora. At dark we made one last attempt and hit pay dirt and caught ourselves a 24 lb Blackfin Tuna! We fileted and prepared spicy sushi rolls and sashimi. The results were fantastic!
