Low Carb Microwave Muffins

Melt 1 TBS butter in mug/measuring cup
Mix in 1 egg
1 TBS coconut Flour
1 Heaping TBS Swerve (or low carb sweetener of choice - adjust to taste)
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp cocoa powder
Mix all and microwave 90 seconds. Experiment with other flavors by replacing cocoa powder!
