CIRCUIT@1: 3 ROUNDS
10 bent over rows – 10 weighted sit-ups – 10 cross body hammer curls

1 minute break/ 1 minuto de descanso

CIRCUIT@2: 3 ROUNDS
10 chest presses – 10 overhead triceps extensions – 10 commandos

1 miute break/ 1 minuto de descanso

CIRCUIT@3: 8’ EMOM
Minute@1: 20 (10/10) renegade rows
Minute@2: 10 burpees
