Installing DIY Skylights For Tall People Part 3 | Bus Conversion

Follow along as we finish up our DIY skylights for tall people. In this Part 3 of 3 skoolie skylight installation & fabrication series, we show you exactly how we put this all together. The resulting DIY RV skylights are unlike any other seen and are unique in their own way.

The reason we decided to create these skylights is that without doing a roof raise, tall people in a Skoolie would generally look directly into the sloped roof of their converted school bus. In order to look out, they would have to bend over to look out the side window. Creating DIY skylights on a curve is similar to how scenic train windows curve around the wall to the ceiling.
