Some of the A20 crew (nickname for our college friends -- DJ Montana, Jameer, and J Quest) decided to take a day trip to Dupont State Forest -- in Hendersonville, NC for a quick hiking trip. We hiked along a waterfall and OMG was it beautiful. Chile, we even make it to the TOP, after I died 12 times climbing up those hills. I can't tell you how important it is to find friends that help with your FITNESS JOURNEY! Any who, hope you enjoy our random burst of friendship.
