Changes to US Immigration Law

It is assumed that the new visa category W visa will come into force
in April 2015. This category will be designed for low-skilled workers without higher education.
These workers will be in demand in restaurants, hotels-resorts, nursing homes and construction -- to name a few.
Workers will be able to move from employer to employer and will eventually be eligible
for Permanent Residence (Green Card) and ultimately for US Citizenship.
