蘑菇奶凍(精華教學)

蘑菇奶凍

材料:
📌鮮奶 – 700ml

醃料:
📌糖 – 3.5湯匙
📌魚膠粉 做蘑菇底 – 16g
📌魚膠粉 做蘑菇面 – 12g
📌黑朱古力 – 80g

做法:
1. 先製作蘑菇底,將400ml鮮奶煲滾,加入2湯匙糖,再加入16g用水兑開的魚膠粉,攪拌均勻後,分開倒入4個杯中,攤凍後放雪櫃雪2小時。
2. 再製作蘑菇面,將300ml鮮奶煲滾,加入1.5湯匙糖,再放入80g黑朱古力,加入12克用水兑開的魚膠粉,攪拌均勻後,分開倒入3個小碗中,攤凍後放雪櫃雪2小時。
3. 將蘑菇底和蘑菇面拼在一起,用Oreo碎,士多啤梨裝飾碟邊,完成!

Mushroom Jelly

Ingredients:
📌 Fresh milk - 700ml

Marinade:
📌 Sugar - 3.5 tablespoons
📌 Gelatin powder for mushroom base - 16g
📌 Gelatin powder for mushroom top - 12g
📌 Dark chocolate - 80g

Instructions:
1. Start by making the mushroom base. Bring 400ml of fresh milk to a boil, add 2 tablespoons of sugar, then add 16g of gelatin powder mixed with water. Stir well and pour the mixture into 4 cups. Let it set in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
2. Next, make the mushroom top. Bring 300ml of fresh milk to a boil, add 1.5 tablespoons of sugar, and add 80g of dark chocolate. Mix 12g of gelatin powder with water and add it to the milk mixture. Stir well and divide the mixture into 3 small bowls. Let it set in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
3. Combine the mushroom base and mushroom top together. Decorate the edges of the dish with crushed Oreo cookies and strawberries. Your mushroom jelly is now ready to serve!
