SOLVED! Go Pro won't turn on! (hard reset, factory reset) ACTUALLY WORKS!

On a recently flight our Go Pro 3+ Silver shut off. We thought it was a dead battery. Once home and emptying cards and charging cameras we realized it just quit working. Wouldn't turn on. Tried a bunch of things and nothing worked. Found a solution through a bunch of Googling. Quick and easy solution to hard reset a Go Pro camera that won't turn on.
