In this video, we review triggers in Zoho Flow, focusing on webhook triggers. We set up a webhook flow to receive data from Zoho CRM and store it in a Zoho Sheet. After creating the webhook in Zoho CRM, we test it and finish the configuration by setting up a workflow to trigger the webhook. We also demonstrate how other Zoho apps like Zoho Books and Zoho Desk support webhooks.
