Nikon Z6II Firmware 1.4.0 review. After 1 month is it really better? Warning Initial Audio loud!

After using firmware 1.40 for the Z6II/Z7II for over a month here is what I have found. Is it better? Is there a difference? Watch a side-by-side comparison of FW1.30 and FW 1.40 using Auto Area AF Eye Detect and you decide. Let me know in the comments
