Bi Fold 6 x 12 score at 6 along 12 inch side
Twist pop mechanism 3 3/4 (or width of pop up) x 10, score 2 on 10 inch side add a mark at 3 & 7 on both sides of mechanism. Remove and cross score (see video)
3 7/8 x 11 7/8 fold in half, and fold in half again (see video). The size supports the cut apart cards. Normally this would be 4 x 12 scored at 3, 6 and 9.
