These sessions are very up close and personal. During the lesson Chris will demonstrate, fully breakdown and explain all the intricacies involved in playing the techniques he uses - for both hands and feet!

The techniques shown can be upon request of the student, or Chris can provide techniques that he feels will be most beneficial for the player, always leaving you with plenty to take away and work on.

Chris has a very 'down to earth', clear and simple way of explaining things, and can easily communicate even the most complex things across to you. But don't be afraid to book up based on skill level or confidence - Chris is more than happy working with beginners or competent players of all ages.

It's common knowledge that freedom via the kit is hugely important, and good technique is vital to ensure your playing isn't held back or restricted. Chris was brought up to very strict practice methods from a young age, and his whole playing style is very unique. In these sessions you can learn exactly how he conserves energy whilst playing, helping achieve speed but without loosing any power.

The session will generally take place either on a practice pad or a kick drum, so nothing will go a miss. This means that Chris can easily analyze and help shape up your technique, making sure you reach your full potential.

Remember, the sessions are very friendly, you can socialize with Chris, ask him questions at any point, and you definitely won't leave unsure of anything.
