This marks the first time all four European leaders have traveled together to Kyiv. The summit includes discussions on a proposed 30-day ceasefire in the Russia-Ukraine war, backed by the U.S. and European nations. If Moscow rejects the proposal, coordinated sanctions are reportedly on the table.
