In this video, I'll be reviewing, wearing and swatching the NEW! Charlotte Tilbury SMOKEY EYES ARE FOREVER eye palette!
You'll be able to see how i create 3 looks and how the shadow formulas work and look on my skin type.
My skin: dry to normal skin. I'm medium-tan with olive undertones.
