We spent a gorgeous day checking out Long Island Live Steamers exhibition with their varied fleet of steam and diesel power. The kids and kids-at-heart loved it. We later made a brief visit to the Long Island Railroad Museum in Riverhead to see an LIRR restoration of Alco RS3 #1556
