In this video, we put the X500 Rotor UAV through a series of rigorous reliability tests designed to validate its performance in some of the most challenging environments and mission scenarios imaginable.
From freezing temperatures and high-altitude operations to extreme heat, rain, salt fog exposure, and emergency landing simulations, the X500 is tested beyond ordinary operating conditions to ensure dependable performance when it matters most.

Operating in temperatures ranging from -40°C to -20°C.
🔹 High-Altitude Testing
Evaluating flight performance and system stability at elevated altitudes.
🔹 Operating Temperature Validation
Proven operation from -20°C to 50°C.
🔹 High-Temperature & Dry Environment Testing
Exposed to temperatures between 55°C and 60°C.
🔹 IPX5 Waterproof Testing
Verifying reliable operation under IPX5-rated conditions.

Demonstrating stable performance during rainfall.
🔹 Salt Fog & Humidity Testing
2 hours of salt fog exposure followed by 22 hours in a high-humidity, high-temperature environment, repeated across 3 complete cycles.
