Godzilla is the world’s greatest protector! Or the world’s greatest destroyer. I guess it kind of depends on where you’re at. If you live in a random, faraway, small city and only hear about these giant monster attacks, you would think Godzilla is the world’s savior. But you try living in Tokyo or one of the cities that Godzilla and the other titans frequent and you’ll probably be more afraid of him. He’s a gigantic lizard! He doesn’t necessarily care about collateral damage! And while that’s really unfortunate for the citizens of the world, it gives us some of the most epic monster fights ever seen on film!
The Godzilla franchise is one of longest running franchises ever. There’s always just some massive monster for Godzilla to fight. But which of his fights are the best? Did you like the King Kong, Godzilla team up against MechaGodzilla in Godzilla vs. Kong? Or do you prefer the original King Kong vs Godzilla fight from the sixties? How about when Godzilla fought Mecha King Ghidorah? Or when he took on the plant-based villain Biollante? Those are all serious fights right?
