HIGHLIGHTS: Batas Bisikleta talk and open forum

At least 90 cyclists and cycling advocates attend the Batas Bisikleta launch organized by AltMobilityPH and Rappler last May 12, Sunday.

Atty. Chel Diokno, PNP Highway Patrol Group Police Brigadier Gen. Alan Nazarro, AltMobility PH director Ira Cruz, and Rappler reporter Iya Gozum addressed concerns of cyclists and advocated for protection and inclusivity on the roads.
