The Crimson Worm and the Son of God

I had never grasped this before! There is a remarkable insight in Psalm 22:6 which says 'I am a worm and not a man.' Watch to hear how it prophetically points to the saving work of Jesus Christ.

Slight correction – at 2:55 I say that the same word ‘tola’ (worm/crimson) is used in the story of the crimson cord that Rahab hangs in her window. The Hebrew actually uses ‘shani’ which is closely connected and refers to the bright crimson or scarlet colour of the dye that comes from that specific 'tola' (Cermes vermilio). There’s much more to this mystery – I’m only scratching the surface here.
