Walt Disney World Vlog l MICKEY'S VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS PARTY🎄l Grand Floridian Cafe l Nov 2024

In this NEW Walt Disney World Vlog, we take a look at the Gingerbread House at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort, grab brunch at The Grand Floridian Cafe and take the new walkway to Magic Kingdom for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. We also get to enjoy lots of our favourite attractions and Luke rides Tiana's Bayou Adventure for the first time

We wake up excited and looking forward to a day of Walt Disney World fun at Magic Kingdom for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party (aka MVMCP) and brunch at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. We get an Uber from Cabana Bay to the Grand Floridian which looks stunningly beautiful with its festive decorations on display. We are impressed with the Gingerbread House and buy some delicious Peppermint Bark.

After a look around the grounds and browsing in Basin and some of the other shops we eventually get seated for our late brunch at The Grand Floridian Cafe. The food is delicious but the service is not quite up to the usual Disney standards although we believe this is due to the fact that they were exceptionally busy and probably not typical of the experience there.

We head to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party on the new Magic Kingdom Walkway connecting the Grand Floridian to the park to be able to make the most of the 4pm entry for MVMCP ticket holders.

Once inside Magic Kingdom, we ride Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and Pirates of the Caribbean and Luke gets to enjoy Tiana's Bayou Adventure for the very first time, which turns out to be a walk on via the stand by line just before 6pm! The new and improved Country Bears Jamboree also gets a thumbs up!

We enjoy the festive overlay on Tomorrowland Speedway, catch the "Frozen Holiday Surprise" show and grab a snack from Casey's Corner before securing a good spot at the top of Main Street for Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks show.

There's just enough time to squeeze in a quick trip on the Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover before heading back to Main Street for Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade.

We leave the park and get a Lyft back to Cabana Bay after a brilliant and busy day.
