मेरे हिसाब अगर किसीकी लिथियम आयन बैटरी एक या दो साल मैं ख़राब होती है, तो उसके दो मेजर कारण होते है
१) ओवरचार्जिंग बैटरी - जैसे के रात को चार्जिंग चालू करके छोड़ देना. अब बैटरी तो ४ घंटेमे पूरी चार्ज हो जाती है , पर उसके बादभी चार्जर ओवर चार्जिंग करते रहता है. तो जरुरी है की ग्रीन लाइट आनेके बाद चार्जर स्विच ऑफ करे
२) डीप डिस्चार्ज स्टेज - अगर आप साइकिल एक दो महीने तक यूज़ नहीं करते हो, तभी भी आपको बैटरी को चार्जिंग / डिस्चार्जिंग साइकिल देना होता आप ऐसा नहीं करते हो, तो संभावना है की बैटरी डीप डिस्चार्ज स्टेज मैं चली जाये, जिसके बाद उसका लाइफ एकदम काम हो जाता है. Sometimes even it can not recover and gets damaged.

Precautions -
- do not pressure wash the controller or battery tube, if water enters then unit will get damaged (mine got damaged in normal Pune rains)

Improvements needed in product
- mudguards are a must - does not come as OE fitment
- rear carrier is also a must if I have to use it for office going to keep my things
- battery charging possible only directly on cycle, better to give removable battery which can be taken inside home or office to charge it
- people power on unit and throttle which damage spokes and turn on light.Its annoying !!!!! competition brand bicycles comes with ignition lock
- battery replacement provision and cost
- using during rains (power control unit is not waterproof - mine one got damaged in just Pune rains, so forget about using somewhere in Konkan or Kerala)
- sir throttle mode mey kitna km mileage dega without any pedal - 25 kms comfortably in throttle mode
