You Don't Need To Eat All The Time. Quit Being Food Obsessed.

During my trip I made several observations. Carb burners need to eat several times a day. Snacks count as meals by the way. Often these meals are unhealthy process foods which do NOT satisfy hunger, and lead to further food obsession.

If you don't want to end up in the medical system, this needs to stop. Health is something to take seriously. You should not blow off these things as they can have immediate consequences. When I eat these foods I suffer several symptoms, some of which interfere with my daily life. When I cut these foods out those symptoms go away.

Anyone on a Ketogenic diet will tell you they do not need to eat as often. The only time I eat more often is when I increase physical activity, and it is a very subtle increase in hunger and I often have to make an intentional decision to eat.

On days when you are sedentary, one meal a day, and one snack is more than enough. That meal and snack should be whole foods. If you are physically active (as in a lot of physical activity) 2 meals a day with no snacks is plenty. Any more than that, and you are overeating. If those meals are standard american diet processed food meals, you are destroying your health.
