The Kremlin’s Influence Quarterly Vol.2 - Report Launch
On Wednesday, September 9 (10 am EST/ 4 pm CEST/ 5 pm EEST), Free Russia Foundation launches the second volume of Kremlin’s Influence Quarterly.
The Kremlin’s Influence Quarterly is an online publication analyzing the Kremlin’s malign activities in Europe aimed at undermining European values and democratic institutions. The quarterly will feature case studies collected by the FRF team and theoretical methodologies developed by its scholars.

At the presentation of our second volume, Anton Shekhovtsov, the project’s editor, will be joined by Melissa Hooper, Director of Europe and Eurasia Policy at Human Rights First and Anastasia Kirilenko, а journalist, co-producer of the documentary “Putin and the mafia”, as they discuss the recent Kremlin’s operations in France, Austria, Poland, Estonia, Serbia, North Macedonia, Moldova and Ukraine. The 60-minute session will include an extensive Q&A with the viewers and moderated by Michael Weiss, Director of Special Investigations of Free Russia Foundation.

Anastasia Kirilenko - a Russian freelance journalist based in Paris, co-producer of the documentary “Putin and the mafia (France2, 2018), editor of the “Transborder Corruption Archive” database under the umbrella of EU-Russia civil society forum.
Michael Weiss - Director of Special Investigations of Free Russia Foundation, Editor at large at the Daily Beast.
