Free Pile Haul and RTA Kitchen Cabinets! Biscuit Recipe in Description :)
We finally got our wall cabinets delivered so I wasted no time in getting back to work on the budget kitchen remodel. Sometimes it's hard to find time to get everything done but little by little we make it happen.

😋 Ashley's sweet and moist banana & berry biscuit recipe:
Oven preheated to 350 degrees F.
Ingredients:
3 *very ripe* bananas
1/3 cup light tasting oil
1/3 cup water
2 cups of all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
frozen raspberries and/or blueberries
Mash the bananas very well until liquified. Add the oil and water to it and mix together.
In mixing bowl mix together flour, salt, and baking powder.
Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix together well. Sometimes I need to add a little extra water if I feel the mix is too dry.
Divide into 8 equal-sized plops on a cookie sheet.
Then I push frozen blueberries and raspberries on top. (I stopped using blackberries since they were too big and the dough stayed raw around them). Or you can leave them plain without berries, that's how Belle likes them.
Bake for 17 minutes. We take them out and let them cool for about 5 minutes before scraping off the sheet and eating.
If you make these, let me know how they turned out and how you liked them!
