It was my first time trying Dry Char Kway Teow!
I have received many requests from my subscribers.
As expected, the taste was so good!
I think dry version had its own smoky flavor because of wok skill. I liked it a lot!

The stall that I visited is quite famous for the boss's wok dancing.
I was lucky to have a chance to see the boss in front of me.
Seeing his bouncing was quite amazing! I felt respectful!
