In this video I updated my theorycrafted new evolved Summon Necromancer spec for Diablo 4 Season of Blood (Season 2) Vampiric powers. This Season 2 Necromancer build is still a work in progress but I am hoping to achieve a new evolved uber boss killer and NMD T100 speedrun build with this one.
