Parts Covered In This Video:

-Attaching Furring Strips:
2x4s will act as a frame for mounting the plywood directly onto the wall.

-Running Electricity & Wires:
Wiring the cables behind the walls keeps electrical much cleaner and organized. My design layout has 35 outlets in total. Installing GFCI protected 20 amp receptacles every 6 feet will cut down on extension cord usage.

-Finding Outlet Locations:
Measuring and marking cut lines for plastic old work single gang outlet boxes. Using double or triple gangs would've located the plugs too close together when plugging in various shaped power blocks that may go passed the faceplates. Cuts were made using a butterfly bit drill with a jig saw.

-Cutting & Putting Up Walls:
This is a cheap kit building so anything thicker than the corrugated metal is good to prevent damaging the spray foam insulation underneath.

-Insulating Garage Walls
Adding fiberglass batting between the wood framing will hopefully stop or reduce the loud clinking and popping noises when the temperature changes suddenly. Plus it will insulate the space even better for extreme hot and cold weather.

-Putting More Walls Up:
Mounting each full size sheet of 4x8 plywood using 2 inch construction screw. Used a ladder as well for propping up & holding it still while I screwed. These screws predrill pilot holes automatically so the wood doesn't split.

-Connecting 20A Receptacles
Simple and plain... Showing how to wire a commercial grade outlet with common back wire method. Easy for multiple outlets and tightens the connection down really strong.
