5.11 2 Banger Response Bag [Active Shooter - Go Bag] Law Enforcement Review

This is the 5.11 2 Banger response bag (or sling). I was in search of a quick and efficient way to deploy to an emergency situation or incident necessitating the use of my long gun allowing me to carry sufficient ammunition as well as render aid to injured persons.

In the past, I had fumbled with attempting to attach things to my belt and/or thigh as I deployed from my vehicle with a rifle. I found this method to be cumbersome and time consuming. With the 5.11 2 Banger sling, I am able to grab my rifle and equipment at the same time.

Equipping the bag is easy and adjustable. The bag is well made, durable, and capable of carrying your choice of medical supplies as well as extra ammunition.

It is common for law enforcement to utilize some type of rifle system within their patrol fleet, but officers may only concern themselves with magazine placement or taking the rifle alone - forgetting that a scene with a high enough threat assessment to deploy a rifle is likely to be a scene with enough threats to create casualties.
