Nick Jonas had his solo show at Musikfest's main stage ended by a lightning storm. As the audience rocked out to the music, they were also soaking wet due to the downpour of rain. As the cracks of thunder and the lightning were getting worse, the audience screamed louder and louder until 55 minutes into the show when Nick was told by the crew to hop off stage because of safety issues. "They're telling me we need to step off stage for a little bit until they figure it out," Nick told the crowd of 3,500.

Soon after, Patrick Brogan, vice president of performing arts for ArtsQuest, the organization that runs Musikfest, took the stage to say, "Because of the weather, we'd like to ask you to safely evacuate the arena. Thank you, goodnight."

"So sorry we had to call off the rest of the show in PA," Jonas posted on his Twitter account shortly after the end of the concert. "The weather just wouldn't allow us to carry on safely. I was having an awesome time! The crowd was amazing to stick around and rock through the rain with me."
