Neon/bright eyeshadow tutorial using NYX Ultimate Brights!

*QUICK NOTE: For darker skin tones and people who aren't super pale in general, I wouldn't necessarily recommend pure white as a base, but a base that is a few shades lighter than your skin tone to give a more brightening background to shadows)

Hey everyone! After picking up the NYX Ultimate Brights palette I decided to sit down and film my first time playing with it and a few tips about how I wear and blend bright eyeshadows.
I ended up with some super bright and fun colors, but did not have the time to even finish my face/lips so this one is definitely all about the eyes!
