Becoming a Farmer is 180 Days: Pastured Raised Meat for Profit. This is the story of how I became a farmer with no previous experience. What began as a desire to raise beef cattle for profit (grass fed beef) resulted in the journey towards regenerative farming. I am now the Shepherdess of my own flock of Dorper sheep. In addition to Dorper Sheep, I beef steer: both on a pasture-based system.
