After a quiet stroll around Dosan Park, we headed to Apgujeong Gopchang, a go-to gopchang spot near Apgujeong Rodeo.
Even at 7:30 PM, the restaurant had a line — but with Tableling remote queuing and valet parking, getting in was smooth.
Though the space is compact and lively, tables are well-sized, and the staff provide friendly and attentive service throughout.
We ordered grilled Hanwoo gopchang, daechang, and gopchang fried rice — and each bite was incredibly satisfying.
The gopchang, marinated with natural fruit enzymes, was especially clean, tender, and rich in flavor.
Add to that the grilling service, the refreshing sides like pickled garlic leaves and dongchimi, and that bold, fire-kissed fried rice —
and you’ll understand why this place truly deserves the name “Apgujeong Gopchang Matjip.”
It’s not for a quiet dinner — it’s for nights filled with stories, laughter, and unforgettable flavor.

도산공원에서 산책을 마치고, 진영이와 함께 저녁 식사로 찾은 곳은 압구정로데오 인근의 곱창 맛집, **‘압구정곱창’**이다.
저녁 7시 30분, 늦은 시간에도 웨이팅이 이어질 만큼 인기 많은 곳이지만, 테이블링 원격 줄서기와 발렛 주차가 가능해 접근성은 좋은 편이다.
내부는 좁고 북적이지만 테이블은 여유 있게 구성되어 있고, 시끌벅적한 곱창집 특유의 열기 속에서도 응대와 서비스는 친절하고 정돈되어 있다.
한우곱창과 대창, 그리고 양곱창볶음밥을 주문했는데, 곱이 꽉 찬 곱창의 고소함과 대창의 촉촉한 풍미가 인상적이었다.
특히 과일을 활용한 자연 연육으로 부드럽고 잡내 없는 곱창을 제공하는 점이 돋보였다.
직접 구워주는 그릴링 서비스,
기름짐을 잡아주는 명이나물과 대창 소스,
그리고 마무리를 책임지는 불향 가득한 볶음밥까지.
'압구정곱창맛집'이라는 수식어가 아깝지 않은 집.
