Tide Swing - An Alaskan Bear Hunt
Last spring Brandon Purcell set off on a unique adventure chasing spring black bears in Coastal Alaska. In these areas black bears key in on green grass that grows voraciously along banks near the ocean and where small streams and creeks enter the ocean. Constant tide swings reveal oysters and barnacles that the bears also add to their diet. Joining forces with locals Dan Peters and Jesse Knock the guys set out on a boat based adventure in search of big bruins and an experience of a lifetime.
