In a world of luxury branding, celebrity and artifice, Juergen Teller is a breath of fresh air for fashion. Successfully blending commercial photography and fine art, his candid, stylised fashion imagery and portraits have helped crystallise the identity of brands such as Marc Jacobs, Vivienne Westwood, Céline and Helmet Lang. The prolific photographer is also the favourite of Björk, Céline, Charlotte Rampling and Pamela Anderson. As well as having his work exhibited in galleries across the globe, he now teaches aspiring young photographers at Nuremburg’s Academy of Fine Arts.
