Making Cash Offers on Wholesale Deals | Wholesaling for Beginners

Hey guys! In this video, I discuss how to accurately make offers on wholesale deals. Understanding these two concepts will allow you to easily and accurately make cash offers.

I wholesale virtually and can't tell you the last time I've been to a house that I wholesaled. I do everything over the computer and am typically within 5% of what a cash buyer will pay. Oftentimes, my offer to the seller is spot on. Most properties are "cookie-cutter" and aren't going to be super unique. Because of this, we can gauge what the offer will be based on comparing similar properties. The main factors we take into consideration are the property's square footage and how many bathrooms there are.
