John Carpenter's Halloween with Other Halloween Flavors

Horror movies are garbage these days. Sorry, that's the truth, and if you don't agree, well then, it just proves my point that most people have no idea what true horror is these days.

The Original "Halloween" by John Carpenter, is true horror. It is classic and it is awesome. You should watch it if you haven't seen it, and I prefer you watch it on VHS if you can, so you know what a REAL format is also.

I liked horror movies because I felt that embracing fear instead of running away from it was the way for me to feel more empowered. These old classic horror characters helped me overcome, rather than be crippled by, fear. They will always hold a place in my heart during the month of October, because me and my friends would get together and watch these all month on television and my Home VHS collection, especially on Halloween night, eating mounds of Candy. What better Halloween film, than one called "HALLOWEEN"?!
