Leetcode Summer 26 : Part 7 Learning When it's BAD to Optimize Leetcode Hints!

I'm revisiting yesterdays problem 'Top K Frequent Elements' LEETCODE #347, I completely misunderstood the problem which caused me to code an unworkable solution. Aftewards i'll be trying out 'Encode and Decode Strings' LEETCODE #271. This is all under the Arrays section of Neetcode 150, if you want to give it a try or if you see me misinterpreting the soluion let me know.
Unfortunately I was did not succeed in completing #271, I attempted to do without the delimiter and ignoring digits greater than 1 lead me to making a solution that didn't work. Finally realizing my mistake I was too burntout to fix the error. But I will be back to finish this.
