How to make a simple spring floral design featuring daffodils, willow and pinholder

Ingredients - daffodil flower bunches, willow stems, fatsia leaves, pinholder, shallow dish

In this simple design the stars of the show are the daffodils - but rather than using each stem it is easier to use them bunched as a mass to create a focal point for the design and the main punch of colour. This is a good approach and the multi stem bunch is easy to fix onto the kenzan pinholder.

The fatsia create a backdrop and the willow line and rhythm. Yes, it’s simple, but it brings colour into the house and sets the tone for bring flowers into our lives .
