Rs 3.5 cr flat wall smashed with a punch -- Lodha NCP in Mumbai

This is a video taken on Krishnaraj Rao's mobile at Lodha New Cuffe Parade by a Mirror Now reporter and videographer yesterday morning. It was filmed at the residence of Shilpi Thard at 31st floor of Dioro Tower. It was intended to be telecast at around 3 pm yesterday. But soon afterwards, the channel decided to postpone the story indefinitely. "We may publish this on Monday evening", they said.

Later in the afternoon on Friday, our lawyers informed us that Notice of Motion for Rs 100 crore defamation had been filed by Lodha in High Court, and therefore, we may be gagged by the court on Monday.

So we asked Mirror Now whether they would air this on Saturday or Sunday, so that we would not be in contempt of court orders if such orders came on Monday. But Mumbai Mirror kept avoiding us. They said they would revert to us by 1 pm, and didn't revert.

Now they said they would not mind us publishing the video, but without the Mirror Now logo. We told them we would try, but only if Youtube editor allowed us to do so. Turns out that this was not possible. So, here is the video in its uncut glory.

We can only speculate on the reasons for Mirror Now putting the story on ice. We don't appreciate being used as a bargaining counter.

Mumbai Mirror said that they were wondering about our dubious motives for being in a hurry to go to town with this video.

The public is free to speculate on both our motives. You all can judge Lodha Developers, judge Mirror Now, and judge us.
