This community lot works as a park, national park and spa. Children can play in the playground; sims can get married in the hall up on the hill; they can also relax under the tree and practice yoga (or get paid for yoga lessons). But be careful: outdoor activities can be very dangerous during the winter and accidents may happen if you're not paying attention...or if you don't want to. The wishing well is just in the left corner. It's play-tested.
