The James Webb Space Telescope
Dr. Acton from Ball Aerospace tells us about the new space telescope in development. The JWST uses a giant mirror array to look at infrared energy coming from distant stars. The project will be as revolutionary as the Hubble Space Telescope was. Dr. Acton talks a bit about the future of telescopes and studying optics. This video is part of the Universe of Instrumentation program.
